Swimming Dog with 3 knee surgeries
Auggie, a 3 yr. old male had 3 surgeries on the same knee in 3 months. He was confined to a kennel at the vets for 3 weeks in order to let it heal better. The day he got out of the vet, Forrest, his owner, brought him to our facility to start swim therapy. After 6 weeks, he is swimming with the jets on to provide more resistance and is building up his leg muscle. He is now putting his leg down to walk for the majority of the time.
